The focus is on Signature Cuts, Styling, and Soft Blended Color. As responsibilities increase, the Stylist also learns to build their own client base and manage busy schedules. Communication skills are greatly enhanced, along with customer orientation and efficiency.vice.

An Advanced Stylist has mastered the basics to perfection. This individual excels in techniques and now also focuses on providing professional advice to clients in the salon. Advanced Stylists participate in a 1.5-year program at the Rob Peetoom Academy, which offers specialized modules to elevate their expertise. Alongside maintaining their foundational knowledge, there is also the opportunity to delve into areas such as dramatic hair transformations or specific hair textures.

With well-developed communication skills and technical expertise, a Top Stylist sets an example on the salon floor. This individual stays updated on industry trends, techniques, and developments and applies them in the salon. To support this role, Top Stylists have the opportunity to participate in innovative and creative workshops at the Rob Peetoom Academy at least three times a year. These sessions are designed to inspire both the individual and their team.

A Master Stylist has extensive experience in a leadership role on the salon floor and now serves as a key figure for both clients and the team. Clients can turn to them for exceptional quality and advice. Master Stylists also have the opportunity to participate in innovative and creative workshops at the Rob Peetoom Academy at least three times a year. These sessions are designed to inspire and ensure that they stay updated with the ever-evolving hair industry.
