These general terms and conditions are used by Rob Peetoom Management B.V. and the affiliated or contracted companies operating under the name Rob Peetoom Hair & Beauty (“Rob Peetoom Hair & Beauty”). These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements between Rob Peetoom Hair & Beauty and its customers that are concluded in the salons, by telephone, or via the booking widget (“Widget”) on www.robpeetoom.com.

Use of the Widget

When using the Widget, you must fill in all information truthfully and check it before finalizing the booking or purchase. If incorrect information is provided, the booking may be invalid and/or any pre-paid amounts may not be refunded. Therefore, please check your information carefully.

Bookings

Bookings are made directly with Rob Peetoom Hair & Beauty. When you make a booking, it is valid for the date and time for which the booking is made. Rob Peetoom Hair & Beauty may contact you in advance to confirm that you will appear on the date and time for which the booking is made.

Bookings are final. Changes or cancellations of a booking are possible up to 24 hours before the treatment or, in the case of a color treatment, up to 48 hours before the treatment. After that, cancellation or change is no longer possible, and you will owe the full amount for the treatment, and deposits will not be refunded, except in cases where Rob Peetoom Hair & Beauty decides otherwise.

It is important to appear at the reserved time. If you are not present within 15 minutes of the reserved time, Rob Peetoom Hair & Beauty may cancel the booking. In that case, you will owe the amount for the booked treatment, and deposits will not be refunded. Rob Peetoom Hair & Beauty will do everything possible to have the reserved time available, but it may happen that previous bookings run over, and you may have to wait.

Rob Peetoom Hair & Beauty reserves the right to refuse a booking if it has valid reasons to do so. In that case, you will be notified in time. Any pre-paid amounts will be refunded within 5 to 10 working days.

Payments

Payments made in the widget will be refunded if the appointment is canceled in time. If this period has expired, it is considered a no-show, and there is no right to a refund of the payment. If there is a right to a refund, Rob Peetoom Hair & Beauty will refund the paid amount within 5 to 10 working days via the payment method you used.

Gift Cards

If Rob Peetoom Hair & Beauty offers the possibility to purchase (digital) gift cards via the Widget, these must always be paid for in advance. The gift card  (code) will be sent once to the specified email address.

The validity period of the gift card  is stated in the Widget. If not, the gift card can be redeemed up to a maximum of 1 year after the gift card (code) has been sent to the specified email address.

A gift card can be redeemed via the Widget or directly at a Rob Peetoom Hair & Beauty salon. Before the gift card can be redeemed via the Widget, a available date and time must be selected.

Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing gift cards,  you have the option to cancel the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days.

Treatments

At Rob Peetoom Hair & Beauty, we strive for the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. However, it is important to acknowledge that the color treatments we offer contain chemical substances. These can, in rare cases, cause a reaction on the scalp of some customers. You must report any sensitivities and allergies in advance. You must also indicate specific wishes before the treatment.

Rob Peetoom Hair & Beauty is not liable for any form of damage or injury that may result from our treatments, including color treatments, except as required by mandatory law. By using our services, you agree to this condition and acknowledge that you are aware of the possible risks.
