These general terms and conditions are used by Rob Peetoom Williamsburg LLC, operating under the name Rob Peetoom Williamsburg (“Rob Peetoom”). These terms apply to all agreements between Rob Peetoom and its clients that are concluded in the salon, by telephone, through the online booking platform, or through the Rob Peetoom App.

The online booking platform and app are part of the same system, allowing you to conveniently schedule, modify, or manage your appointments online.

Use of the Online Booking Platform and App

When booking online, you must provide complete and accurate information. Please review all appointment details, including your name, artist, date, and service, before finalizing. Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in an invalid booking and/or loss of any pre-paid amounts. Always double-check before submitting your request.

Payments and Fees

We primarily accept card payments to keep your experience simple and seamless. All services must be paid in full at the time of checkout.

For select services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied toward your final bill and are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or rescheduling within the applicable policy window.

A credit card processing fee applies to all card transactions. The standard surcharge is 3%, as set by our payment processor. If you prefer to avoid this fee, debit payment options are available at the salon.

A $4.50 sustainability fee is applied to each visit. This fee supports our ongoing environmental initiatives, including waste reduction, water and energy conservation, and recycling programs through Green Circle Salons.

Refunds for eligible cancellations (those made within the allowed timeframe) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Gratuities are at your discretion and may be provided via cash or Venmo.

Referral Program 

The Rob Peetoom Williamsburg “Give $20, Get $20” Referral Program allows existing clients (“Referrers”) to share a unique referral link or code with new clients (“Referees”). When a Referee completes their first appointment, they will receive $20 off their service, and the Referrer will receive $20 in credit toward a future appointment. 

Referral rewards are managed and verified through the Zenoti booking platform. Credits hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or combined with other promotions. Rob Peetoom Williamsburg reserves the right to review, deny, or revoke referral rewards in cases of suspected misuse, self-referral, or fraud. 

Participation is voluntary. By joining or using the program, participants agree to these terms and any additional conditions displayed within the Zenoti platform. Participants may opt out at any time by contacting williamsburg@robpeetoom.com.   

Personal information shared during participation, such as names, email addresses, and booking details, is processed securely through Zenoti in accordance with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA). This data is used solely to verify referral eligibility, apply rewards, and communicate relevant program updates. 

Service Quality, Adjustments, and Liability

Our artists take pride in delivering the highest level of craftsmanship and care. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can review your experience and, if appropriate, offer a complimentary adjustment. We do not offer monetary refunds for services.

Certain treatments — particularly color — involve chemical components that, in rare cases, can cause reactions. Clients are responsible for informing their artist of any allergies, sensitivities, medications, recent treatments, or pregnancy prior to service.

Rob Peetoom is not liable for results or reactions resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client information, previous chemical or mechanical damage, or aftercare choices made outside our recommendations.

Health, Safety, and Right of Refusal

For your wellbeing and the integrity of your hair and scalp, our artists may decline or modify a service if they believe it is unsafe or unsuitable. We also reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior toward our staff or other guests.

Personal Belongings

Please keep your belongings with you during your visit. Rob Peetoom is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items brought into the salon.

Prices and price changes

The prices listed at the time of booking are indicative only. Rob Peetoom Hair & Beauty reserves the right to change prices at any time, even after an appointment has been booked. Price adjustments may result from, among other things:

• additional time or product usage required during the treatment,
• changes in rates or material costs.

If the price during or after the treatment differs from the originally displayed price, the final price will be determined based on the actual treatment performed and the applicable current rates.
