Shipping within Europe
At Rob Peetoom, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, no matter where you are in Europe. Below, you'll find all the details regarding shipping and returns of our products.
Free Shipping on orders over €50
- For orders under €50, we charge a shipping fee of €4.95.
- For orders over €50, we cover the shipping costs.
Ordered before 17:00, shipped on the same business day
On weekdays: If you order before 17:00, your package will be dispatched the same day via PostNL. This typically means that your new purchase will be delivered to your doorstep within the Netherlands the following day. Kindly note that during holidays or special promotions, delivery times may be slightly extended. You will receive an email containing a tracking number once your order reaches the PostNL distribution center, enabling you to track your shipment.
Free pickup at Rob Peetoom Factory
Prefer to pick up your order? That is possible with no additional cost! From Monday to Friday, between 10:00 - 17:00, you can collect your package at the Rob Peetoom Factory located at Haarlemmerstraatweg 9, 1165 MJ Halfweg, Netherlands. Select the 'Pickup' shipping option when completing your order. Send an email to email@example.com to arrange the day and time for pickup.
Easy product returns
At Rob Peetoom, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why you can return your unused products within 14 days of receipt. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item you wish to return, and we will assist you in initiating the return shipment.
- Product returns should be sent to the following address: Haarlemmerstraatweg 9, 1165 MJ Halfweg, Netherlands.
- The cost of return shipping via post is the responsibility of the customer.
- To maintain the quality and safety of our products, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered: unopened with the packaging intact.
We will notify you by email once we have received and evaluated your return shipment. If approved, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible. Please note that it usually takes 5-10 business days for a credit card refund to appear on your statement.
Receiving a damaged or incorrect product
It is certainly not our intention for you to receive a damaged or incorrect product from us. If this does happen, please email us at email@example.com. We recommend including your order number and a photo of the product for prompt resolution.
