For that reason, Rob Peetoom will launch a new education program in collaboration with the ROC of Amsterdam starting in the 2026–2027 academic year.

In September 2026, the Rob Peetoom College will launch: education developed in collaboration with the ROC of Amsterdam. The ‘Allround Hairdresser on the Job’ program teaches students the craft of hairdressing directly inside Rob Peetoom salons, surrounded by real clients and guided by experienced stylists. This program blends school and hands-on experience in a way that reflects today’s reality: learning by doing, with a strong focus on high-end service and personal growth. With the Rob Peetoom College, we aim to give young talent the opportunity to develop their creativity and build a future within one of the most inspiring environments in the industry.

During the program, students work four days a week in a Rob Peetoom salon and spend one day at the ROC of Amsterdam. They learn the craft directly in the salon, guided personally by our experienced stylists. Through the close collaboration between school and salon, students develop their technical skills and service level to the high standard that defines Rob Peetoom. This gives them a strong foundation, real work experience, and opportunities to grow within Rob Peetoom — a brand known worldwide for its quality and style.
